Dear Parents and Guardians:
Cathedral School Registration for 2017-2018 is now underway. The enclosed packet contains materials necessary to complete registration for each family and their children. Please review the material carefully as we have made some changes to forms and updated some information that we need on file.
The full cost of educating a student at Cathedral is significantly more than the tuition rate. Current tuition rates can be found with the registration forms.
If your family's financial situation warrants it, Tuition Assistance is available. Families apply for tuition assistance through the TADS tuition assessment program and payment will be made by automatic withdrawal for the family's portion of the tuition due.
Fund raising is an essential component of Cathedral School's budget and benefits all families by contributing funding to the programs of the school. Family involvement strengthens the school. All families are expected to engage in the various fund raising projects held during the course of the school year. This includes but is not limited to selling calendars and Mardi Gras dinner tickets, RAKE-A-Thon, and involvement in/with PACE activities. Families will have the option to sell calendars and dinner tickets directly to others or after masses; families will be assessed for any unsold items.
The registration materials are as follows: Family and Student Registration Form, Tuition Payment Method Agreement, Health Information Sheet, and Vanco automatic withdrawal form. TADS information can be completed Online at www.TADS.com. Annual district and/or state forms will be available at the Fall Open House.
Please return your registration packet as soon as possible to assist in Cathedral's planning for 2017- 2018. Registrations received by June 1, 2017, when accompanied by either a full tuition payment or Automatic Funds Transfer setup, will receive a discount on the first child's tuition. (See Registration Forms for more information.)
